Architectural Assistant (Part 1 or 2) / Technician

We’ve a vacancy for a recent graduate and are looking for an exceptional member of staff who is skilled, self motivated and keen to learn. Reporting directly to the practice principal, we need someone who can turn their hand to varied tasks as and when required in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.

As a small, growing practice, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to quickly learn the different aspects of architectural practice. We’re happy to support and help you learn and develop, and will provide suitable training and excellent experience. We use BIM software for the majority of our projects.

We believe in paying our staff a living wage, so we’ll start negotiations from there.

This will be an initial twelve month placement, with the possibility of a permanent position thereafter. We can offer flexible working hours and arrangements, and a supportive working environment.

Qualifications Required:

Part 1 or Part 2 Qualification in Architectural Studies or equivalent, or suitable degree in Architectural Technology.

Skills Required:

Full Mac-based computer literacy and experience of CAD programs are essential.

BIM / 3d digital modelling skills would be advantageous.
