Architeco takes the privacy of clients and colleagues very seriously.  In this policy we set out our approach and commitments to complying with GDPR, Data processing and privacy.

We do not ever, under any circumstances, share, rent or sell information to any third parties, unless required to by law.

What information we hold

Generally, the only details we hold are clients names, addresses and contact details (email and phone).  We retain the minimum of information needed to carry out our services.

Sharing Information

We share clients names and contact details with local authorities as part of a Planning Application or Building Warrant Submission, these are made public on the relevant council’s website.

With a client’s agreement, we may pass on contact details to other parties involved in their project (builders, engineers). We will discuss this with you first.

Information Storage

All documents containing sensitive information are shredded once no longer required.

All computers containing sensitive information are password protected. Our office network is password protected.

Requesting Information

We are happy to share with you copies of any and all information that we have.  We will do this as quickly as we reasonably can.
